Long time, hope you are alright.

Tried this plugin and it worked for 2-3 minutes. Now it wont appear on my website www.tg-esport.dk.
I have checked settings on smartsupp account many times and followed tutorials, but with no luck.

Could it be something with javascript on my site?
If you wish to see at my site, you still have headadmin access :-)

Any idea and what do you mean by this: Important: your code has to start and end with?

@RaZor I just activate it here, it looks to work. I will check it asap. Did you install from e107.org (plugin manager) or manually via FTP from here.

Ok, it is working for me. You should get a message because you are offline. So not tested online version, but it works here, so...

You have some errors in console, but it shouldn't be able to break this.

I removed script tags. It's weird. Before you have to have them there, otherwise I wouldn't write that help. So only help is wrong.

I tried it from my work through our citrix hosted client. It was shown there.

No idea in fact. Maybe it's something in settings directly in smartsupp - not to display for online supporter. Good to know, I will try it later.
