There are 2 ways - visual builder and php builder.
Php builder - you manually create php file with form and then you just include it in your menu or shortcode. This is way for me .
In fact, I had tried it and almost succed. But for using e107::js("footer-inline","xxx")
I need to regex this and got array of scripts:
and I wasn't able to write regex for it t get just code without <script> tags. 2 years ago, I just found my old code. Plugin was almost done :)
