In theme configuration, you can select supported options:

Default:

- Site Logo

- Site Name

- Site Logo + Name

Special:

- Site Logo + Name + Sitetag

If you want to customize this area, look for a shortcode {NAVBAR_BRANDING} in theme_shortcodes.php of the site theme.
